Xbox Game Pass May 2025 Wave 1 lineup confirmed

Microsoft has confirmed the May 2025 Xbox Game Pass Wave 1.
In an article about Xbox cableMicrosoft revealed that 12 games were added to the subscription service, bringing us to May 20. The biggest hitter here is Doom: Dark Ages, the latest game in the world-renowned first-person shooter series of ID software. That is to say, as a game owned by Microsoft, it is the release of a one-day game pass. But this is not the only one-day game pass in May 2025.
Available today on May 6 is Dredge (Cloud, PC and Xbox Series X | S), which hits the Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass and Game Pass standards. Here is Microsoft's official Blurb:

May 7 is a big day for the game pass, with many additions: Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 (Cloud, Console and PC) on Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass and Game Pass Standard; Hinterberg’s dungeon, now based on Game Pass standards; Flintlock: Siege of Dawn (Xbox Series X | S), now based on Game Pass standards; and Metal Sl Song (Console), now based on Game Pass standards.
It's a big one: On May 8, the revenge of “Barrage Planets” (Cloud, PC and Xbox Series X|S) hit Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass as one-day champions.
In the midst of future corporate greed and stupidity, your axis will be eliminated, you are laid off and abandoned on the far edge of space, without equipment, no safety nets. Moving to May 13, we have Warhammer: Vermintide 2 (Cloud and Console) on the Game Pass Standard.
Return to the game pass library! Fight the power of chaos and Skaven with your friends in this epic 4-player collaboration game in Warhammer Fantasy Warcraft World. Vermintide 2 expands intense first-person combat with brand new enemy factions, 15 new career paths, talent trees, new weapons, improved loot systems, and more.
Of course, the main event is Doom: The Dark Ages (Cloud, PC and Xbox Series X|S), and on May 15, the shooter hits Game Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass Day-One.
Doom: Dark Ages is a prequel to the critically acclaimed Doom (2016) and Doom, telling an epic movie story worthy of the legend of the Doom Killer. In the third part of the Modern Doom series, players will enter Doom Killer’s Blood Boots, against Hell in a dark and sinister medieval war that has never been seen before. One day later, on May 16, the souls of Kulebra and Limbo (cloud, console and PC) launched another day’s championship on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass.
Kulebra and Limbo's Soul is a Papercraft Adventure game where you will meet many good people, not so good people, and in this place the soul of deep regret is cursed to repeat the day in the loop.
