Warhammer 40,000: Space Navy 2 Publisher Focus Entertainment revealed the cover for the game's second year DLC, confirming that the Patches 10's range is 15.
Space Marine 2 will be undergoing a major anniversary update on September 4, when Patch 10 will add playable Helbrute to PVP, three new weapons, chaotic spawning enemies and the Black Templar Champion Pack.
However, we also confirm the contents of patches 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15, which brings us to the second quarter of next year (June 2026). There are a lot of fans to watch here, but the focus includes the new Techmarine class, which will now be released in the first quarter of 2026, with a new battle barge expansion for the same period and a new siege map coming soon.
The trailer below reveals some new content, including the Chaos Spawn and Mutalith Vortex Beast, as well as new weapons, Pyreblaster, Pyrecannon, Pyrecannon, Power Axe, Power Ax, Combi Melta and Xenophase Blade. The latter is a melee weapon similar to the power sword created using Alien (we think Necron) technology and is used by warriors from the DeathWatch chapter.
Warhammer 40,000: Space Ocean 2 Years 2 Contents:
- Four new operations and a new siege map
- Two new eternal battlefields
- New Strategy (PVE) and Helbrute Attack (PVP) Game Modes
- New playable courses: Techmarine
- Free unlocked weapon variants for new and existing weapons
- New enemies and bosses
- New progressive mechanics
The September 4 anniversary update also comes with the Season 2 pass for Space Navy 2 along with its first two DLCs: the Black Templar Champion Pack and the Imperial Fist’s cosmetics package, including the former’s new champion skin and the Power Sword skin, as well as more than 40 new cosmetics, celebrating the Seven Empire Succession Chapters of Seven Empire Fist.
The following Grade 2 roadmap image mentions the new Omnissiah Ax that appears with Techmarine. This is a potential weapon that has a different weapon than the power axe shown in the trailer, so hopefully it works in a fresh way and looks unique.
Throughout the year, this season Pass II will award players nine new DLCs with new champion skins, armor pieces and heraldic marks. While existing chapters like Blood Angel and Salamand will get new cosmetics, fan favorites like Raptors, Iron Hands and Fructose will get the right time in the spotlight.
Of course, developer Saber Interactive is also working for Space Marine 3 while continuing to support the hugely successful Space Marine 2. IGN recently interviewed Saber Development chief Tim Willits to try to reward Space Navy 3 information.
