Warhammer 40,000: Space Navy 2 HOTFIX 8.1 solves crash, disconnect and reward issues in response to siege mode complaints

In response, Space Navy 2 developers Saber Interactive and Publisher Focus Entertainment have released 8.1 Hotfix, a file that is now available on every platform. It solves various crashes and connection issues, as well as a bug that prevents the reward of completing 25 waves in siege mode.

Hopefully this is the siege pattern problem reported by this popular fifty who eliminated poor old Justusowesme and others, just like the Space Marines stomped on Xenos' head, but it's already early.

Looking ahead, Space Marine 2 has a lot of exciting content. While Patch 9 focuses only on balance changes, Patch 10 adds new Chaos and Chaos PVP mode, new Power Axe melee weapons and new Techmarine classes. Check All Space Ocean 2 Patch 10 Details.

Warhammer 40,000: Space Ocean 2 8.1 Hotfix patch notes:

  • Fixed several crashes
  • Fixed several issues that caused disconnection
  • Fixed siege mode from wave 25+
  • Many minor fixes to siege mode map geometry
  • Fixed a bug that caused random enemies to become stronger in infinite waves, resulting in a one-shot death random death (note: the enemy will still become stronger, but it won't be random and will be more consistent)
  • Fixed a bug where siege mode occurred when players were to join the ongoing game, and the game would not be able to correctly apply the difficulty modifier.
  • Fixed a bug in the UI that could not change the color preset
  • Secondary localization fix
