TMNT Trilogy Limited Edition reveals 4K fixes and new bonus content

The original “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” movie trilogy is the first time this holiday to enter 4K Blu-ray. All three early 90s action movies have been digitally restored with Arrow Films and will be bundled in two limited edition boxes, both of which are available for pre-order before their December 16 release. Like most Arrow video releases, these prices may fall before release date. If you book now, you will be eligible for future discounts until Amazon sends money. Remember, Arrow Video Limited Edition is In fact Limited. UK distributors often reissued sold-out Blu-ray, but subsequent prints were free of fancy packaging and collectible plugins. The 4K Blu-ray version of the original 1990 film has been negatively restored from the original 35mm camera. The second and third movies in the trilogy are recovered from the original 35mm illustrations.
In addition to local 4K (2160p) resolution, every movie supports Dolby Vision and HDR10. To enhance the audio, the original movie has Dolby Atmos surround sound support. The sequel does not support Atmos, but surround sound is still provided by DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1. All three movies can use original lossless stereo audio.
Limited edition includes multiple collectibles and premium packaging. In the limited edition display box, you will find a collector's booklet with a retrospective exhibition by Simon Ward, John Torrani and John Walsh. Each movie is individually packaged with reversible sleeves. There is original artwork by Flory on the sleeve.
As far as bonus-enabled content, we know so far that all three films will have audio reviews from new directors, as well as interviews with at least 15 actors and 7 crew members.
Arrow Video says the additional full list will unveil on September 26, so the box set will have additional bonus features and possible collections.

The 1080p version is made from a 4K restoration, so the movie will almost certainly be better than the current Blu-ray version. You will get all the same extra features and intraditional bonus content with the standard Blu-ray limited edition. You will miss Dolby Vision and HDR10, though. Currently, there is only a five-dollar price difference, so it doesn't make much sense to buy this version unless you don't have a dedicated media player or console that can play 4K Blu-Rays.
35 years later, nothing is completely compared to the teenage ninja turtle. The original film is still a practical effect, an impressive display of martial arts action, and surprisingly darkness when executing the original material. Actually, depending on who you ask, it may be also Dark, because its sequel is much family friendly by comparison. Teen Mutant Ninja Turtle II: The Secret of Mud Porridge is more dramatic in nature, while Teen Mutant Ninja Turtle 3: Timely Turtle may make the sharks jump with its time travel story, which sends the gang's guys to feudal Japan.
In the decades since, Turtle has appeared in several feature films and several long-standing animated TV series. TMNT continues to be popular with fans of all ages. The original animated series in 1987 and the popular action figures turned the teenage mutation of ninja turtles into a global phenomenon. The series accumulated 193 episodes in its 10 seasons, eventually ending in 1996. The full series released on DVD last October, even if sold for $34, is definitely an absolute steal. It is impressive that TMNT performed another long-term performance from 2003 to 2009. The follow-up show has several different names throughout 155 episodes throughout the seven seasons. The original movie tends to comedy, while the subsequent series tends to the serious, solid personality of the comics. TMNT: The Ultimate Collection Including every episode and the “Turtle Forever TV” movie. In Turtles, the Turtles save the multiverse along with the turtles from the original 1987 film.
The franchise simply produces quality TVs, and this trend continues 2012 Nickelodeon Series. It lasted for five seasons before ending 124 episodes in 2017. Last year, a new series called The story of a teenager mutant ninja turtle debuted on Nickelodeon and Paramount+. All 12 episodes are available on Blu-ray and DVD, and season 2 is expected to air in 2025.
