It has been revealed that Switch 2 may provide useful new features for people who encounter error messages while using the console.
Someone in the recent Nintendo Switch 2 experience event found that the page also includes a QR code when the error message prompt pops up. This QR code then takes the player to the support page, where they can learn more about the specific issue and how to fix it.
People who share this on reddit (By nintendosoup) said that when they lined up to play the drag X drive, they saw a demo switch 2 consoles encountered a connection error triggering the error screen. The screen shows the error code, description of the problem, link to the Nintendo website, and the QR code.
The person said they didn't have enough time to take photos, but created a model from memory (pictured below), although it wasn't 100% accurate.
GamesPot has contacted Nintendo to make it clearer. This sounds like a welcome and useful feature for the Switch 2. It's always frustrating to encounter error codes, so anything that might make the experience solve faster, like a QR code with useful instructions, sounds like a good thing.
The Switch 2 was launched on June 5, and the system itself costs $450 and the bundle costs $500 Mario Karting World.
