The game was described by its developers as “Yoyovania” and includes a character-driven story where rival entrepreneurs kill people in the crime industry, and hundreds of secrets found. As a self-proclaimed Yoyo master Pippit, if you want to give Pipistrellos a chance, you must master your deadly toys, the powerful criminal lord wants to remove Pipistrello's aunt, Mrs. Pipistrello, from her leader. As you pick up the new Yoyo tricks, there are several areas to explore, and like any excellent Metroidvania, upgrading your skills will allow you to reach new areas in this game.
Another neat feature here is that you can change the way skills work by equiping badges, and take advantage of the passive abilities offered by the Sharky Loan Shark.
