Nexon responded quickly despite the developers' statement As many problems as possible arise.
It said the ads came from the creator's Tiktok creative challenge, “which allowed creators to voluntarily submit their content as advertising material.” While “all submitted videos were verified through Tiktok's system to check for copyright violations before being approved for advertising content, it has since been determined that “the situation around certain submitted videos seems inappropriate” and an investigation has been initiated.
Interestingly, the statement did not apologize – the only time to apologize was due to “the delay in providing this notice” because it “spending more time than expected.” Nexon said once “verification is complete” it will share updates with formal notifications.

We would like to inform you of certain irregularities identified in the Tiktok Creative challenge for the operation of creators.
As part of Season 3 Marketing Event: Breakthrough, We've recently run Creative Challenge Tiktok Creators' program, which allows creators to voluntarily submit their content as advertising material.
All submitted videos are verified through Tiktok's system to check for copyright infringement before being approved as advertising content.
However, we have realized that the situation around certain submissions of videos seems inappropriate. Therefore, we are conducting a thorough joint study with Tiktok to determine the facts.
We apologize for the delay in providing this notice as the review took longer than expected. After verification is completed, we will share the update immediately through a formal notification. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
