Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds gets its first big Black Friday discount

There are a surprising number of fun arcade racing games out there in 2025, including the recent Sonic Racing: Crossover WorldsIt will be released on PS5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch and PC in September. and within a limited time black fridayyou can get the Amazon-exclusive version for just $45 (regularly $60). This is the lowest price we've seen since launch, and it's for PS5, Xbox Series Xand change version of the game. However, this deal will only last during Black Friday, as this is the first real discount we've seen on the game, so if it's on your wish list, it's best to grab it now.

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds features 24 tracks, 23 playable characters, and 45 customizable vehicles to try out. The roster includes familiar faces from previous Sonic the Hedgehog games, as well as special guest racers from other series such as Mega Man, SpongeBob SquarePants, Yakuza, Persona, Minecraft, and more. The game features a full single-player mode, native split-screen support, and an online mode for up to 12 players.

The Amazon Exclusive Edition of Sonic Racing: Across Worlds includes the complete base game on your platform of choice, plus an exclusive foldout poster featuring Sonic, Tails, Shadow, Knuckles, and other familiar faces as they cruise through each world.

This is not the only great Sonic Deals on Black Friday. Many games cost $20 or less on PS5 and Xbox ($25 on Switch), including sonic frontier (usually $50), Sonic Origins Plus (usually $40), and Sonic Superstar (Normally $30). The latter two give you fairly traditional 2D platforming action, while Frontiers is a new 3D adventure game that lets you explore a vast open world. This recently released collection combines two games into one: a remaster of 2011's Sonic Generations and the all-new Shadow Generation. For more racing fun, you can choose Sonic Mania + Team Sonic Racing Double Pack The Switch version is only $25 (originally $40). In addition to kart racing, Sonic Mania gives you new areas to explore as well as old favorites from Sonic 1, Sonic 2, Sonic 3, and Sonic & Knuckles.
