Remedies issued a candid statement, acknowledging that “not everything is good” when its multi-person control derivatives started FBC: FireproofAnd outlines how it hopes to improve the game in the next few weeks.
FBC: Firebreak launched on June 17 but has already been located on Steam's “hybrid” user score. Developer remediation calls launch “exciting and disturbing time” Tell It heard the feedback “loud and clear feedback” and admitted: “It’s obvious that there are some features that need improvement and they will improve.”
“We’re improving certain features from now on. While we can improve certain features today, and in the short term, some other features will take longer and require more thinking. We’ll let you inform you every step of the way.”
“But you're not cliché here,” the statement added. “You want to know how we're going to improve your player experience in the FBC: Firebreak, so let's get into it.”
The team immediately identified the issue of the “first hour experience,” saying FBC: Firebreak’s opening game wasn’t “a great experience” due to the combination of things, which included issues with boarding, poorly explained systems and tools, and “a lack of what to do at work and how to get the job done effectively.” The developers also said, “For the first few hours of the game, power fantasy wasn’t a good thing because the starting weapon felt weak and unlocking the high-level weapon would take too much grinding.” ”
So, it’s no surprise that the remedy hopes for better onboarding and user interface clarity and makes assignments easier to access. This means you will no longer need the first two gap levels of each job, while new players start with a “full three-zone hot fixed job run.” It is also planned to speed up progress and speed up gear unlocking.
Remedy says these changes are just the beginning and represent the most direct changes in the game. It also actively discusses wider improvements based on player feedback.
“Now, despite how rare the story looks in the moment, there are a lot of interesting monsters in the wonderful bureaucracy of remedies.” IGN's FBC: Ongoing Fire Protection Review. “I'll play more this week and end this review once I've tested the limitations of Remedy's chaotic collaborative work simulator.”
Remedial measures also recently confirmed its plans for ongoing supportincluding 2025, there will be two new jobs (tasks). Developers say more updates will arrive in 2026. The release of all playable content releases (such as Jobs) will be free to all players. Players can choose to buy cosmetics, but none of these items will affect the gameplay and there is no limited time rotation or daily login.
It's a busy time for Alan Wake Developer Remedy, and the remedy is traveling with many items. And FBC: Fireproof, it's working on Control 2 and Max Payne and Max Payne 2 Remake Compilation.
