After its successful launch in June, Remutch Developer Sloclap has been working to patch some of the ongoing issues in the game. Today, the team has revealed some fixes (including NetCode fixes, ultimate achievements, and more) in the game's next big patch, while also being able to perform cross-play updates in the next patch.
According to the first two months of the game, Rembatch Patch 2 will solve multiple NetCode issues that players encounter in the first two months of the game. Official patch notes On the game's steam page. Examples provided in the news post include “Takeout does not register” and “Goalkeeper dives back, causing the target to score when it shouldn’t be.”
The patch will also solve a problem in which the achievements obtained by the player are not unlocked on the player's profile. However, the patch notes do clarify that some achievements identified through the patch will not be automatically unlocked – for example, if the Pro and Expert achievements reach level 10 and level 10 and level 30, respectively, the achievement will rise in the next playback of the player level.
The patch notes post also teases that the crossover will eventually be played in the next major update (patch 3). “Some gameplay may also be introduced in Patch 3 (look at you, ippy Slide), but that's still confirmable.”
Players interested in checking changes in Rembatch Patch 2 can do this by downloading and installing the Rembate Beta app, which is available to all players who purchase games on Steam. The progress of beta is separate from the progress of the main account, however, there are only a few modes in the beta test, including the following:
- 3V3 fast matching
- 5V5 fast matching
- Custom (only the start/default project is available)
Xbox Series X | S, PlayStation 5 and PC are now available. Patch 2 will be released to all players on August 18, and the full patch description is as follows.

- Ball Touch is a visual system that makes ball animations when it is owned. This makes possession of the ball clearer, but it doesn't affect the gameplay, as possession of the ball has no injuries.
- The incorrect ball position during the ball control process is fixed, and the ball bent back and forth in a weird way during some ball control.

Known issues
Game/core gameplay
- Sometimes, air animations are cancelled in the air, but the operation is triggered correctly
- The goalkeeper's invincible visual feedback may sometimes be lost
- Ball steal priority standing tackle on sliding tackle
- Repeated switching between window and full screen mode while shooting may cause desync
- The game ended suddenly, with no sign of players
- Sometimes, the goalkeeper's pre-acquisition animation is triggered, but it is not connected to the ball
- After resolving the interaction, the ball may sometimes suddenly bend/tighten to another position
- Desync when reconnecting to the session after deflection
- Misplaced AI path in the “Take” section of the preface
- ippy slideshow: Capturing the ball during extra effort can make the ball look like a twist/steal to another position
- Ball capture/ball control will be triggered even if the ball is moved out of control immediately
- After recovering from a tackle, the ball control is missing without moving.
- If the player waits too long in the control step in the second direction, the title crashes during the sports tutorial.
- A damaged replay camera in viewer mode.
- Players can become spectators in backfilling multiple players (participating in ongoing matches).
- Shooting priority covers control of the defense mode ball after obtaining the pass.
