At the time of writing this article, 2,845 games support PS Portal cloud streaming. These include some of Sony's biggest first-party games, such as Soulsborne and Astro Bot, as well as third-party games like Borderlands 4 and Final Fantasy 7 Reborn. Games from the PS Plus game catalog and Classic catalog are also compatible, and Sony has also introduced a new home screen with three tabs to help differentiate between modes: Remote Play, Cloud Streaming, and Search.
Remote gaming requires pairing the PS5 console with the PS Portal so that installed games can be transferred directly from the system to the handheld computer. This mode doesn't require a PS Plus Premium membership, but cloud streaming does. The search option will allow users to find any game that supports cloud streaming.
