Open-World Action RPG Seven Deadly Sins: Origin recently abandoned a new trailer for the Summer Game Festival and Future Game Show, showing the world and character developers Netmarble have been cooking. They also announced that pre-registration in all regions has been opened as momentum is established later this year.

Seven Deadly Sins: Origins were made by the team that created the 2019 Seven Deadly Sins: The Great Cross and tells the original story of Brittania, the same as the Seven Deadly Sins animation and comic series. The series has sold 55 million copies and Big Cross has downloaded 70 million copies worldwide, so it can be said that there is a huge fan base looking forward to the latest part. It is Tristan's protagonist Meliodas and Elizabeth's son Tristan, introducing parallel schedules and alternative character arcs in the multiverse narrative.
It all begins with The Book of Stars, a pendant that sleeps in a cave under the lake. It has the ability to record and connect schedules and select Tristan as its next guardian. That moment allowed Tristan to explore the world and get rid of turmoil and chaos in his course.
The new trailer gives a glimpse of the game's central narrative, takes a deeper look at its vast world, and flaunts a striking artistic style that mimics anime powered by Unreal Engine. The first trailer was revealed Friday during the Summer Game Festival and began with Tristan's discovery of “The Book of Stars”. It seemed to trigger an explosion of power, then settled it in the celestial orb in the middle of the pendant.
Then we see some of the big and varied environments in the game, including open fields, canyons, lakeside docks, desert oasis and underwater areas. You can fly or dive to fully explore some of these areas, and you can participate in other activities such as fishing and cooking while exploring.
We can take a look at the flashy and fast-paced real-time combat system that shows several different characters and their abilities. At one point, both characters attack at the same time, suggesting the ability to combine the character's unique skills and weapons that create combos.
There are all kinds of enemies, including spiders, golems, aggressive plants and a horned monster that falls out of burning holes in the sky. These are two huge monsters, covering the tree.
The second trailer was on display at Saturday’s Future Game, which expanded on showdowns compared to one of the monsters. We see that this is not only a cutscene, but a real boss fight where controllable characters have to dodge the fireball before climbing onto the body of a large creature.
The trailer also expands in the environment, showing deep forests, caves under the beach, town interiors, and a rainy grassland. You can also see Tristan magically move blocks into the door or in the walls, which can indicate the environmental puzzle you need to solve.
The two trailers combined have led us to look at seven deadly sins most deeply: Not yet, and they are obviously excited because they collected over a million views on YouTube in just two days. Origin will be available on PlayStation 5, PC and mobile devices, and cross-gaming on all platforms. You can do whatever you want now PS5 and steam.
