Developer Pearl Abyss shared a new game video for Crimson Desert, allowing players to taste what they expect from open-world games on Gamescom and Pax West later this month. The demonstration is very dynamic: the protagonist Greymane Kliff is seen as a bird flying over the terrain, raiding enemies with lightning strikes, and even fighting two bosses.
In the approximately 13-minute video (pictured below), Cliff is clearly looking for one of his best buds, Greymane Oongka. This led to a massive battle outside the castle of the Crimson Desert protagonist, as the rebellion was triggered by a rebellion known as Cassius Morten. Kliff eventually shoots cannons at the drunk black bear and then engages in close combat – in addition to lightning, elemental attacks such as fire and ice are presented. There is even a big enemy who can hold the axe.
Deep in the castle, another boss, this time the traitor Motten. Well-equipped opponents have a mace and shield against Cliff. But in this game video, the protagonist ends up defeating Morton's shield to end the battle. Pearl Abyss points out that Morten can be overturned in many ways.
