Minecraft Visual effects have never been designed as the key selling point. Mojang now has endless sandbox landscapes and unlimited customization, and now familiar pixel graphics are never the main focus.
But now, with Minecraft's expected sharp visual updates on PCs and the launch of a range of compatible consoles and smartphones, all has changed all the changes. However, not all platforms will get upgrades, and the game's classic Minecraft: Java Edition will not have one.
Still, if you are playing Minecraft: PC, PlayStation 4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, or BedRock Edition on certain Android and iOS devices, vibrant visuals are now available, as part of the game's wider Chase Skase update.
Chasing the sky adds ridable joyful Ghast creatures to the game's crossing world as their mean cousins wield fireballs among the naked savages creates years of stress. Now you can also tow a series of camels together to create a caravan for resource transfer and track your friends faster using the player locator HUD bar.
If you play Minecraft on an older console such as PlayStation 4 or Xbox One, or play on an older Android phone, you will need to manually turn on the vibrant visual effects option via the game's video settings menu. “These devices may degrade performance,” Mojang warned.
On a PC or smartphone, you will need the following technical specifications:
•Android: Adreno 640, Mali-G68, Mali-G77 or Xclipse 530 or higher
• iOS: A12 or M1 or higher
•PC: Run Minecraft on DX12
Split screen multiplayer, custom worlds and texture packs are currently not supported by vibrant visuals.
What is a Nintendo Switch? Or Switch 2? Nintendo's console platform is not mentioned in today's vibrant visuals Start a blogmake fans compatible there.
But, from a more obvious perspective, Minecraft is finally listed as Xbox Series X/S optimization, five years after Microsoft's current console generation.
Vibrant visuals eventually led Microsoft's Minecraft to launch a promise of proper graphics upgrades, first mentioned in 2017, when a beautiful trailer was released for later Cangell Super Duper Graphic Pack. At the time, Mojang said that this upgrade would arrive at Xbox One and “Project Scopio” – becoming content for Xbox One X.
