In response, Build a Rocket Boy posted about Mindseye subredditsaid its engineering team is working “all-weather” to improve performance. It added that patch 3 will be revealed soon.

Mindseye, led by former Chief of North Rockstar Leslie Benzies, experienced a turbulent release. Last week, the Rockets Boys said fans should wait for the official launch of Mindseye, rather than playing before a street date, after early choruses were in the hands of players.
“We want everyone to experience this story at the same time on the first day, without prejudice.” Statement issued in response to early copy of the playback. “This means waiting until the official release date to play directly.”
The mention of bias in the studio's statement sparked speculation that the company is referring to Comments by its co-CEO Mark Gerhardhe suggested “consistent efforts” on “waste games and studios” and negative social media posts with paid accounts or bots.
IGN then handed the claim to Hakan Abrak, the boss of killer developer IO Interactive.the company that is publishing Mindseye. His answer was: “I don't know. I don't believe it. I don't believe it. I just think the game should speak for itself on October 10.”
Mindseye’s physical copy also needs a “big” update to make “critical improvements to ensure that Mindseye plays as we intend and best meets all roles.”
Just a few days before Mindseye launched, the Rocket Boys' Chief Legal Officer and Chief Financial Officer were established Confirm that they have left the companyattracting the attention of the studio's fledgling community.
Of course, Steam concurrency doesn't tell the whole story. Mindseye launches on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and S as well as PCs, so its true concurrent players will be higher than what is reported on the Valve platform.
Mindseye is priced at $59.99. At the press conference, there was a “Tightly Made Linear Story Movement”, and “Single Free Roaming”, but there were also many missions: a tribal mode mission called “Destroy Live Gunfight”, and two combat missions (“Honor of Honor in Thieves” and “Friendly Fire” and “Friendly Fire”). It also included six games, six checkpoint games and three drone games at launch. If you get a premium pass, you will get additional tribal mode quests and an exotic cosmetic package.
After the release, Build Rocket Boy said it will provide “constant fresh and high-quality content” every month, “to ensure Mindseye is a living, expanding player experience.” This includes new missions, challenges and game assets. “The continuous stream of studio content, coupled with the community’s own beautiful work, means Mindseye will continue to surprise and appreciate its players for decades to come,” added Build Rocket Boy.
The Rocket Boy also confirmed its 2025 content image. In the summer, there will be community updates, new missions, new single player modes, multiplayer and new missions in the fall, and free roaming updates and new missions in the winter. Premium pass owners get additional tasks and new packaging throughout the process.
