Mega Man Star Force Legacy Series to Become 2026

In 2006, Mega Man Star Force was a follow-up to the Giant Man Battle Network game. Star Force introduces the player to a little boy named Geo Stelar who became the new giant man after merger with aliens, Omega-XIS, a battle online game for the last hundred years. Their adventure unfolded in seven action RPG matches before ending in 2008 with Mega Man Star Force 3: Red Joker.

The seven-star games in the Legacy series are listed below:

• Giant man star dragon
• Mega Man Star Force 2 Zerker X Ninja
• Mega Man Star Force 2 Zerker X Saurian
• Mega Man Star Force 3 Black Ace
• Mega Man Star Force 3 Red Joker

Since these games were originally designed for the Nintendo DS, the Legacy Collection will be in a dual-screen style with two screens on a single TV screen. The older series will also have an “enhanced experience” and will allow players to trade and fight each other online.

Capcom has not set a specific date for the Mega Man Star Force Legacy Collection, beyond the fuzzy 2026 release window. The game will be available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC.

Earlier this year, Capcom reiterated Giant is one of its most important franchises. Although there is no news about the new game, The original large-scale man animation series Blu-ray is coming on October 28th.
