Mafia: Old State confirms PS5 Pro enhancement from launch – Here's what to expect

Mafia: Old Country PS5 Pro enhancements will be performed at startup.
We already know the Mafia: Old Country will have quality and performance modes on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, while Developer Hangle 13 has Confirmed The game will also be ready for the PS5 Pro when the PS5 Pro is released later this week (August 8, 2025).
This includes support for variable refresh rate, 120Hz display, and higher dynamic resolution in quality and performance modes.
The news was revealed last week PC and console specificationssimply stated in Hargar 13's statement: “We are pleased to confirm that the Mafia: the old nation will enhance the PlayStation 5 Pro at launch.”
On PS5 and Xbox Series X, Mafia: Old Country will have quality and performance modes, with the game running on average in 60fps performance mode. Hangar 13 suggests: “Players who want to prioritize higher resolution and visual fidelity should choose quality mode, while players who prefer priority frame rates should choose performance mode.”
