The Switch 2 version features the same game mode but runs at 30 fps at a lower resolution. NBA 2K26 on Switch 2 is, like Madden 26, probably the best basketball sim available on a portable console. The original Switch version was missing a ton of features and an online mode, and looked pretty rough. It's still playable on Switch, but the Switch 2 version is much better.
