Lost soul aside, acknowledge performance issues and ensure players are “actively optimized”

PC and PS5 console exclusive Lost soul while Released today on August 29th only, but it has sat on the “hybrid” steam review scores of over 300 players, many of whom reported performance and optimization issues.
Developer Ultizero Games responded quickly and could statement It “received feedback from some of your cutscenes in the prelude to Lost Souls” and is “actively optimizing.”
“Currently, some of these cutscenes are pre-rendered 4K/30FPS videos, which may occasionally stutter during playback,” the team explained. “We apologize for any inconvenience that has been brought to you and thank you for your understanding.
“The Lost Souls Team is actively optimizing, and future updates will address this issue to provide a smooth gaming experience. Thank you for your continued support and patience!”
It is worth noting that no time range is provided, so it is not clear when players can expect a solution. Meanwhile, Steam continues to be filled with comments from unhappy players.
“I've finished the prelude to Lost Souls, and in my current state, I don't recommend this game,” explain One player, another additional: “I think the action looks dry because the frame is down, but the walk actually looks like that lmao. The walk and the camera are so bad, and the honesty is impressive.”

Lost Soul is a stylish single-player action-adventure RPG where you can fight the dimension intruder while trying to save your sister. Originally expected to be released in May, but about a decade later, From May 30 to August 29, the lost soul was postponed for three months.
