LEGO’s new WALL-E and EVE Disney Pixar buildable figure sets are on sale for the first time

LEGO's new building sets, themed after Disney Pixar's popular 2008 animated film “WALL-E,” are on sale for the first time since their launch in September. Originally priced at $70, the 811-piece WALL-E and EVE models are now on sale for $56: Amazon, Walmartand Target. Designed for adults and experienced builders, this adorable new set includes buildable figures of WALL-E, Eve, Moe, Howl and Junk Cube. WALL-E fans can also snap up 4K Blu-ray from Criterion Collection Pixar's Oscar-winning movie for just $25 (regularly $50).

The LEGO Wall-E and Eve store page doesn't list the dimensions of each buildable figure, but we do know that Wall-E is over five inches tall. The EVE figures look about an inch or two taller. WALL-E's yellow body looks rusty and dirty – the original body looked freshly cleaned – which means the buildable MO figure might try to clean the cute little garbage collector with his spinning brush.

All three robots have movable arms and heads. WALL-E has functional wheels so he can fulfill his duties of collecting and compacting trash. The opening hatch on his chest has a compartment for a brick dumpster. Wall-E's pet cockroach Hal is built from a few bricks and can be placed on the robot's shoulders.

You can also recreate the scene where WALL-E shows Eve the plant he discovered. The set comes with a buildable little boot that holds the tiny plants EVE protects and nurtures, storing them in her ribcage.

This 811-piece build is part of a range of LEGO building models aimed at adults and experienced builders. It has a lot of widgets and has some complex mechanics. Additionally, WALL-E remains one of the most “adult-friendly” Pixar films due to its stylistic choices and heavy themes.
