LEGO Ideas: Insects 50% off, retiring soon

Attention amateur entomologists – the LEGO Ideas: Insects range has dropped to its lowest price ever black friday. There haven't been many discounts on this set over the years, but now both are priced at just $40 (previously $80). Amazon and Walmart. LEGO says this is one of the sets that will be retired soon, so if you want to add it to your collection, the current deal is hard to miss.

This colorful set lets you build three different insects: a blue morpho butterfly, a Hercules beetle, and a Chinese mantis. All three products are flexible and come with a small display stand, making it easy to display them around your home. However, the beetle is probably the coolest of the bunch, as it has a pair of attachable wings that attach to its chest, which makes its display quite eye-catching.
Since each insect comes with its own instructions, you can build these alone or with a few friends. If you want something more visual, there are also numerical instructions on the Lego Builder app. When finished, the insect is quite large. The Hercules Beetle is approximately 7 inches tall and 6.5 inches wide, so make sure you have enough space on your table or shelf to display all three.
Keep in mind that these deals may end after Black Friday, but they may end sooner if inventory runs out.
