Akatsuki Games announced that its game based on the very popular comics and anime series Kaiju 8 will be released globally on August 31 (JST) and will be with PC version Follow later.
Kaiju No. 8 It tells the story of Kafka Hibino, a crew member who cleaned up after the threat from the Greater Tokyo power, but he aspires to be a soldier in the Japanese Defense Forces (JDF) and is actually the frontline. Kaiju Game No. 8 will give you control over the many fan-favorite members of JDF, including Kikoru Shinomiya, Reno Ichikawa, Mina Ashiro, Narumi Gen and Soshiro Hoshina, and form four people to fight the new Kaiju threat. What's going on? The strange size doors open throughout the place, and otherworldly Kaiju is flooded.
The game also introduces a special unit called Clozer, which exists to handle the dimension gate and is directed by Sagan Shinomiya, the sister of the brand new character Kikoru Shinomiya. Other new characters introduced in the game include Chester Lochburn, Clozer’s strategist Chester Lochburn, who is able to wield a wide range of weapons and fit the brain behind Clozer’s weapon development.
Kaiju Game 8 features a turn-based combat system that allows your squad to work together to reveal the core of Kaiju you face to dispatch them and from beasts with smaller Yojus to skyscrapers to skyscrapers capable of razing mad cities.
