Drag your mind back to 2023. At the time, MCU fans didn't know who would continue to play Sentry* in Thunderbolts*, but the rumor mill pointed out Invincible Star Steven Yeun. So when Invincible creator Robert Kirkman let Yeun play Robert Reynoldsalso known as Sentinel, in Thunderbolts*, Marvel fans went crazy.
Here is the original quote from Kirkman two years ago:
“Yeun called me and he went to a costume that fits. I hope I won't…I don't think it's a spoiler or anyone who's going to have trouble. I don't know, maybe. We'll see. I don't care. I don't care.
“Yes, he called me and he said, ‘I’m just back from a sentinel-fitting outfit. I think I’m just doing superheroes in yellow and blue.’ He said he was wearing the outfit, like, “Oh, I forgot that the invincible ones are yellow and blue. ”
Fast forward for two years, and out with Thunder*, we know that the Sentinel ended up going to Lewis Pullman after Yeun himself dropped out of school. But at the time, Yeun as a sentinel felt like a sure thing. After all, Kirkman has confirmed this.

“I don't want to lose sleep anymore, destroy Steven Yeun News!” Kirkman said. “I can't tell you how much lightning has affected me.” Kirkman then joked, “Why do you guys raise this? I'm angry.”
Kirkman Winton reveals that he actually Do Know who Yeun plays in Aang's legend: the last air shed, but this time stops the spilling beans – maybe he thinks of his Thunderbolts/Marvel run.
“The best part is that he told me the guy he was playing at the last air lookout and I was like, 'I wish I didn't know. I wish I didn't know.'”
Kirkman continues to joke about Steven Yeun Skin Brokena new comic series he collaborated with artist David Finch.
