The 8Bitdo Ultimate 2 has an impressive list of features, especially when you consider the price. It is equipped with a TMR electromagnetic joystick, which is a step above the Hall Effect joystick in terms of accuracy and durability. Wear rings provide an extra layer of protection.

The Ultimate 2 has two mappable rear buttons and two additional shoulder buttons. The RT and LT can be set to a traditional Hall-effect linear trigger or a fast micro-switch button by flipping a switch on the back.

Other notable features include an RGB light ring, dual vibration motors, motion controls, and a host of customizable settings.
