Hollow Knight: Silk Song Patch 1.0.28891 focuses on repairs but focuses on balance changes

Post-launch support Hollow Knight: Silk Song Moving on, this time patch version 1.0.28891 is now available.
The update comes with many improvements and fixes, as well as some light balance changes. The game now pauses when the controller is disconnected, which is an important safety net for such intense games. In fact, the controller supports improvements across the board.
In terms of balance, the damage of Sharp Dart and Cross Stitch has been slightly increased, Rune Fury's damage scaling has been updated to match other Silk skills, and Thread Storm's damage has been slightly reduced at higher Needle levels. It's also worth noting that the patch reduces the chance of the Exquisite Pin Wishes from 50% to 100%, but increases the amount required.
Developer Team Cherry has sent out a signal Its top priority remains improving Silksong's Simplified Chinese translation. This comes in response to high-profile criticism of the translation, which resulted in Chinese players leaving negative reviews on Steam. These improvements are expected to be completed in the coming weeks.

- Added support for Dualsense Edge controller.
- Improved support for various controllers on Mac.
- The game now pauses when the controller is disconnected.
- Fixed various minor controller issues (with more to come in the future).
- Fixed remaining cases of some players being cursed late in the game.
- Fixed Curved Claw not reacting to Hunter's downward thrust.
- Fixed rare case of being able to perform air dash and double jump under unexpected circumstances.
- Fixed some out of bounds situations.
- Fixed an issue where Farid Divers would sometimes slide on rooftops after being ambushed in certain scenarios.
- Fixed an issue where Eva Hunter Crest was inadvertently upgrading scavenger equipment.
- Fixed a rare case of the Harpoon sometimes giving 2 threads instead of 1 thread.
- Fixed an issue where Cogflies would sometimes appear from strange locations after a scene change, and in rare cases, have their active count reduced by 1.
- Fixed an issue where crafting kits would not increase the damage of offensive blue tools such as the Sawtooth Circle.
- Slightly increased damage from Sharp Darts and Cross Stitch.
- Updated Rune Fury's damage scaling to match other Silk abilities.
- Line Storm damage is slightly reduced at higher needle levels.
- Fixed an issue where Surgeon enemies would sometimes pull the hero out of bounds.
- Fixed an issue where certain spool fragments would be permanently lost if the player exited immediately after collecting the item.
- Fixed an issue where Khan, Lord of the Crust, would sometimes fall out of bounds during entry when fighting on low-end systems.
- Fixed a rare case of the Second Sentinel spinning when defeated.
- Fixed other cases where Seth would sometimes go out of bounds and not return.
- Fixed an issue where Seth would sometimes remain temporarily invincible at the start of a rematch.
- Fixed an issue where the Vaults slider would not respond correctly to damage sources other than pins.
- Changed the Elegant Pin wish from 50% chance to 100%, but increased the required quantity.
- Fixed an issue that occurred when eating silkworms in water.
- Fixed an issue where Scuttlebrace would sometimes allow wall jumps unintentionally.
- Fixed soft lock issue during gate opening if the castle has been visited and some bell temples are still inactive.
- Various minor fixes and tweaks.
