Lord of the Rings: Two Towers 4K Steel Book Reprints released this week Ring Matching Edition Scholarship. The scholarship is Walmart exclusive first launched earlier this year, and it looks like two towers will continue the trend. But that's not the case now Both collections are available for $28 on Amazon and Walmart. We wouldn't be surprised to see two movies sold out quickly on Amazon, especially since there is currently a 20% discount.

The cost of these independent issuances is much lower than previously published LOTR Trilogy Steel Book Collection. But it is clear that the design and artwork of the steel book are taken from this box set, so if you already have the collection, you don't really need to buy it. The Ring Independent Steel Book Edition fellowship was originally released exclusively as Walmart on January 7. The retailer sold out multiple times in the weeks before and after the launch, so it's great that missed fans can still buy with the two towers.

Unlike the Lord of the Rings trilogy 4K Blu-ray set, the independent release of Ring Scholarship also includes a digital version of the first film in the trilogy.

You will get dramatic and extended versions of the movie in two formats. If you haven't seen the extended version (all three movies have one), then they're definitely worth the time to invest in.

The extended cutout increases the entire runtime for 30 minutes and is distributed on both discs.

The limited edition steel book of the two towers is once again the same as the Lord of the Rings trilogy, “The Steel Book Box”. But, like the fellowship of the ring, you get 4K Blu-ray and digital versions of the two towers.

The 4K Steelbook version comes with a drama and extended cut of two towers on three discs. The extended cut adds 44 minutes to the film and splits on both discs.

It is unclear whether the Hobbit movies will receive independent books on Steel. For now, the only way is to use any of the three Hobbit movies from Steelbook Case, which is to pick up the box set.
