Game Pass Ultimate and EA Play members can’t try Battlefield 6 for free

One of the perks of EA Play and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (which includes EA Play) is a 10-hour trial of new EA releases. This is a great way to try out a game before spending money on it. But the free trial does not apply to every EA games, including the just-launched Battlefield 6.
An EA spokesperson confirmed to GameSpot that the game launched on October 10 and that there will be no free trial. This is somewhat unusual, as many EA games do offer 10-hour free trials. The last article in the series, Battlefield 2042 also offers a 10-hour free trial for Game Pass and EA Play members. However, EA does not guarantee that all games on EA Play can be tried for free for 10 hours. The fine print states that only “selected” games will get these trials.
While there's no free EA Play trial, those who subscribe to EA Play Pro ($17/month) will get a $100 copy of Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition as part of their membership.
Battlefield 6 achieved huge results on Steam today, The peak number of people online at the same time exceeded 745,000making it one of the The most played games on the platform. However, this represents only a small portion of the game's total audience, as the game is also playable on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
