Fortnite Chapter 7: How to Complete Season 1’s Bride, Chariot, and Weekly Missions

new season fortnite means a whole new set of missions to help you grind your way through the Battle Pass – and you're going to need it as you progress through the Battle Pass Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 1 Battle Pass Much slower than last season. With the motivation these missions give you, and this guide to help you complete them as quickly as possible, you'll have the Dark Voyager skin by the end of your playthrough in no time. There's one major complication that will make it more difficult to complete certain tasks at the start of the season. The new method of surfing to the island from the sea means you don't have much choice in where you land. Luckily, there aren't a ton of missions that require you to go somewhere specific – but there are yes Several of them. There's no need to worry too much, though, as the Battle Bus should be back on December 4th, and you may be able to play the mission normally again then.

With that disclaimer out of the way, let’s look at the missions.

Battle Bus Mission – 10K XP

These missions are tied to the seasonal story, which begins with the tank being blown away. Since the lack of Battle Buses is only temporary, these missions are time-limited and will be gone forever on December 8th. A second set of these missions will be added after the Battle Bus is fixed on December 4th.

Each Battle Bus mission rewards 10k XP, completing three of them will get you an extra emote, and completing six of them will get you a wheel.

Search containers to find and collect 20 bus parts

Whenever you open any type of loot container (such as a chest or ammo box), there is a chance that bus parts will pop out in addition to the normal loot. When this happens, just collect 20 of them.

Destroy 35 building objects inside the car

Use a car or golf cart to break things. Things like fences and tables are the easiest, as Fortnite's vehicles aren't good at driving through buildings or trees without a cow catcher.

Collect 4 Battle Bus Wheels at the Pump N Run Gas Station

This season gas stations around the island have attached garages where you can find the wheels you want.

Hit your opponent in a hot air balloon

Chapter 7 adds a new form of public transportation to the island in the form of a hot air balloon that rotates between a series of stations. To complete this mission, you simply shoot any enemy (either player or NPC) once in one of the balloons.

Talking to Dummy about Battle Bus Destruction

The Crash Test Dummy NPC is hanging out in the Ripped Tides, and it's easy to find him as he's standing next to the wreckage of the tank. Completing this quest requires you to interact with him and click on his quest dialogue.

Destroy dumpsters to find and collect Battle Bus fragments

You don't even have to worry about this. Due to a bug, Epic has automatically completed this task for everyone.

Bride Mission – 10K XP each

Take a ride and visit 6 different designated locations

It's as simple as it sounds. You just need to drive around and visit designated attractions. Briefly hopping into a car that's already parked at one of these locations will also count toward your progress.

Stage 1: Enter the Forgotten Oath Crack to obtain the Forgotten Oath Blade

The Forgotten Oathblade is an extremely rare item, as currently no more than two can be found in a round. One of these sources is the Rift Gate, which works in the same way as a Star Wars lightsaber portal – just click on the portal to receive the blade.

Stage 2: Fight Yuki and Gogo

However, once you do this, Gogo and Yubari Yuki will appear and attack you. You have to defeat them to move forward.

Kill 10 opponents with the Forgotten Oathblade

Once you get the blade, you need to kill 10 enemies with it. Fortunately, these opponents don't have to be players – NPCs matter too. So it's not as daunting as it seems.

Hit 6 opponents with Forsaken's Oathblade's Revenge Dash

Like the kinetic blades before it, the Forgotten Oath Blade has a dash attack that you can use by tapping the secondary fire in the air. Hit 6 opponents (NPCs or players) with a dash attack to complete this mission.

25 players remaining in 4 different matches

This quest will occur naturally as you play the game, as you can complete it simply by staying alive multiple times until the end of the game.

Purchase services from The Bride

The Bride can be found in the Sandy Strip, and currently the only service she offers is the Crack of 600 Gold Bars. However, she also possesses the Forgotten Oath Sword, which you can obtain by attacking and defeating her. Doing so won't help with this mission, but it's useful information if you need the blade to kill the mission.

Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 1 Weekly Featured Missions – 12K XP Each

Each week six tasks are added to the Weekly Highlights task list. Each mission is worth 12k XP, and every three missions completed earn an additional 25k XP. You can earn bonus XP 12 times. Only the first set is available now – the Week 2 missions are currently scheduled to drop on December 11th.

First week tasks

Flying in a wingsuit can fly up to 500 distances

Wingsuit mobility items launch you directly into the air and then allow you to glide gently to the ground. Depending on the altitude when you first use it, this task can be accomplished in one or two flights. But since each wingsuit contains ten charges, you shouldn't have any difficulty completing this mission with one wingsuit.

Drive 500 distance while driving a vehicle while accelerating

Superchargers are often used in cars or SUVs. Golf carts cannot accelerate, so don't bother with this task.

Survive 40 players without taking damage from the storm

This is easily done in one round, since you only have to avoid the storm (and death) for the first five minutes or so of the game.

Kill three opponents using the Iron Pump Shotgun or grenades

Both items have a chance to drop from any and all loot sources.

Travel 250 distance while sprinting with an assault rifle equipped

This mission requires you to actually put the assault rifle into the equipped slot while sprinting – just having it in your inventory doesn't count.

Break glass with pickaxe

This will be done by hitting any glass window with a pickaxe.
