repurchase agreement is one of the biggest surprises for horror fans this year. The new monster update is released on October 30th, just in time for Halloween weekend.
among the people you like deadly company and peakREPO offers fun and terror for up to 6 players. Your mission is to retrieve physics-based objects and handle them carefully while trying to avoid a variety of terrifying monsters.
As the name suggests, you'll face a new set of enemies. But this is far from the only significant addition available in the update. We've listed all the major elements and improvements below, and you'll also find the full patch notes at the bottom of the list. If you're looking for more information, we've also provided a list covering: The best REPO mods and how to install them.
new enemies

Yes, it does exist in the name of patch for a reason. The monster update adds up to 10 new enemies to REPO. Some highlights include a creepy, tall humanoid creature with a face, a stationary plant-like creature that can trap you and suck you into its mouth to cause damage, and a dog. No, really. However, do pet them. You have been warned.
New upgrade

Upgrades don't make up the bulk of this update, but the additions are definitely relevant. The Death Head Battery adds a battery that recharges when you die – you can use its power to occupy your head and interact with the living. The roll grab is then pretty self-explanatory, as you can now grab objects, items, and weapons while rolling.
New map specific valuables and rooms

If you're looking forward to new valuable items, you're in luck, because the monster update adds dozens of new valuable items. However, the update also makes significant changes to how they work – all levels now have unique values and are no longer shared between levels. Swift Broom Academy received a total of 24 new valuables, Headman Manor received 8, and McJannek Station received 22.
In addition, you will encounter new rooms: 20 rooms in the Museum of Human Art, 2 rooms in Heideman Manor, and 1 room in Swiftbloom College.
Many smaller settings and additions

Beyond the biggest additions, there are some smaller tweaks that still impact your experience in various ways. For starters, Truck Chat has more taxman messages, and there's a new setting called “Item Unequipped Auto-Retention” that you can use to toggle the automatic grabbing of unequipped items. It defaults to “on” for existing players and “off” for new players, so check your settings.
There's also a new feature in the Save menu called “Restore from Backup” that allows you to restore corrupted save files from your latest backup. Oh, and you can now name your save files.
Finally, some social integration is now in effect. On Steam, rich status now displays the current level name and level number, and friends in the same lobby appear as a group. On Discord, you can now view and join your friends' games directly from the app. Neat.
