Every new big Pokémon announced for Pokémon Legends: ZA

Pokémon Legend: ZA A batch of super-capable creatures will be added to the franchise MegaDex – everyone has revealed so far.

While the game won't add any brand new Pokémon species, the setting in Legend: ZA in Kalos (Hometown of Mega Evolution abilities) makes it a suitable title, introducing many never-before-seen designs and giving players some fresh collection.

In Pokémon Legends: ZA's launch for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 was released on October 16, 2025, Pokémon Company has begun revealing it with the new Mega Pokémon and has begun to drip into enthusiastic fans – A species has even become the first appearance of Pokémon anime.

Below, we will review every giant Pokémon announced so far and discuss the widespread leaks of all giant Pokémon species now.

Giant Dragon Sect

The first new giant Pokémon species to be revealed in more than a decade is Mega Dragonite, the beloved dragon/flying pseudotype of the series' original Kanto Pokédex. Mega Dragonite sprouted a bunch of wings from its head, and a jewel on its tail reminds of the early evolutionary Dragon Hang.

The second announcement is Pokémon Legend announced: Alces is another new large species of the original 151 creatures in the series: victreebell. Due to the amount of acid inside, the giant evolution of this grass/toxic species has a more bulbous basis and fills the mouth.

“Its body swells due to large evolutions,” the official propaganda said. “Even the leaves on the top of the head get bigger and bigger. It can block the leaves on its sides and move its large body by bounce. It can open its big mouth to let go of the sludge bomb. It looks more like a victreebel. When it lowers. It has too much acid, and its acid isn't even enough to make it hold its acid tightly, so it contains acid, by wrapping its acid around itself.

Giant Holucha

The Luchador-inspired Hawlucha also received a large evolution in the hope that it ultimately ensures it has a wider release in Pokémon Go, which is currently the exclusive product in the Mexican region. Anyway, Pokémon Legend: ZA is very clear about the core focus of giant Pokémon. The plot of the game revolves around a seemingly spontaneous large-scale evolution of local wild Pokémon, known here as Rogue Mega Megamemon. Players will need to use their giant Pokémon to knock them out, and you can also fight with you to the help of your other MZ Allies team. But, to be precise, what happened here and how the game will include Zygarde in the lawsuit – are all questions for another day.

In an apology to Flygon fans, these species are the species fans expect to encounter when Pokémon Legends: Za arrives. That said, it is worth reiterating that the information for data shooting is not final, and it is possible that at least some of the games' giant Pokémon are likely to be blocked from the last game itself.
