Elden Ring Nightreign patch makes Storm ruler stronger

Balance adjustment
- Improved the performance of the “Storm Ruler” skill
- Reduced time for charging storm effects

- Fixed a bug where, under certain conditions, using drop items would block operations other than movement and camera operations.
- Fixed a bug where the effect of successful defender triggers does not activate certain defender moves.
- Fixed a bug where target-locked target locks will be released immediately on eggs or insects when the Duchess' Ultimate Art “The Finale” effect is active.
