EA has reportedly completed $50 billion in deals for private transactions

EA is reportedly closing a $50 billion deal to private deals, which could be the largest leveraged buyout ever.

Details about the huge shifts in Madden and battlefield publishers come from Wall Street Journal Report. Sources of the website say investors include private equity firm Silver Lake and Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF). It is said that Affinity Partners, an investment firm led by Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner, is also included.

If a formal deal is suspected, the news can be announced immediately on Monday. Before the WSJ's story was published, EA's market value was about $43 billion. That has jumped nearly 15% to around $48 billion since its private relocation.
