Over the past few years, Dungeon and Dragons have exploded in popularity, partly due to the success of strange things. TTRPG is very distinctive in Netflix's nostalgic supernatural series – we not only see characters playing games, but even give many otherworldly creatures that encounter names drawn from the legend of dungeons and dragons. Soon, fans will be able to take part in desktop adventures of strangers and things with the brand new D&D crossover game, Stranger Things: Welcome to Hellfire Club.
The game looks like a simplified version of D&D, comes with everything you need, is easy to set up, and activities made based on Stranger Things character Eddie Munson include adventure. The final season of Stranger Things won't premiere until November 26, but fans will be able to join Hellfire Club October 7. You can pre-order crossover games for $50 on Amazon.

Dungeons and Dragon Stranger Things: Welcome to Hellfire Club’s name under the name of the Universe D&D Club run by Eddie Munson. The gameplay is based on dungeons and dragons, it is designed for 3-5 players and accompanied by a dungeon master (DM). Rather than rolling up their own unique adventurer, players play one of several prefabricated party characters, based on stranger role-playing D&D characters such as Nog the Dwarf, Lady Applejack, Erica's Rogue and Dustin's Cleric, and embark on a series of four-guided adventures based on Munson's production.
Unlike the full version of D&D that relies on large rulebooks and psychotherapists, welcome to Hellfire Club with a board game style presentation More similar to heroeshas many cards for spells, items and monsters. Each playable character and monster has an illustration of grid map and punching token. Dungeons and Dragon Stranger Things: Welcome to Hellfire Club Adventure Game seems to be the perfect game, with a more easy-to-pick and play tabletop game for strange things that like Ttrpgs, or anyone who wants to dip their toes into a tabletop game.
The upcoming TTRPG isn't the first stranger thing board game. In 2023, based on the first two seasons of the show, prolific board game publisher CMON Limited was reversed, a cooperative strategy game for 2-4 players. Stranger: upside down Retail price is $50 and is available in stock on Amazon.

In addition to these new D&D versions, desktop fans should also check out new themed adventures Heroquest: The Permanent Dark Underworld Quest Pack Expansion This was launched in August. This 10 set of adventures was designed by actor and TTRPG super fan Joe Manganiello. The box includes new cards, dungeon tiles, dice and metal black dragon miniatures. Like welcome to Hellfire Club, the permanently dark basement has a heavy metal aesthetic that is perfect for the dark fantasy adventure cooked by Manganiello. Unfortunately, it's currently sold out on Amazon, but hopefully we'll see restocking soon.
Note that the permanent dark basement requires the Heroes Basic Game game, now for $88 ($135) or Hero: The First Light Available for $50. As mentioned above, Heroquest is a more streamlined, board-style TTRPG that is perfect for anyone who wants to try out TTRPG, or prefer the tactile, mechanically driven experience of the tabletop game, and has a beauty and a crunch of pen and paper games.
