Doom: Dark Ages Launch Time and Preload Details

Microsoft's next big game, Doom: The Dark AgesPS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC boot. If you're eager to play the game soon, developer Bethesda now has publishing Exact global launch time and confirmation of preload details.

Preload

Prepaid Doom: Dark Ages begins at midnight at UTC on May 11. The game requires at least 100GB of storage, so it's powerful and you may need to clear some space before installing it.

Unlock time

Doom: Dark Ages will be officially launched on May 15, but those who pay more for the $100 premium version can start playing on May 13. Game Pass Ultimatesubscribers can buy premium upgrade packages for $35 to two days ahead of schedule and get other privileges.

Dark Ages is developed by Bethesda's ID software and is the third game in the latest series that began with Doom Eternal in 2016. Although the series is now owned by Microsoft, the company will release Dark Ages on the PS5 as part of its new MultipLatform launch strategy.

Microsoft is also selling Dark age-inspired Xbox controller and Xbox series X package.

Gamespot's Doom: Dark Ages Review Score is 8/10. “The Destroyer: The Reshaping of the Dark Ages and the same re-mastering, takes the series in a bold new direction without deviating from its fascinating roots,” commentator Alessandro Barbosa said.
