Wild and vast open world adventure, Crimson Desertis the focus of October IGN. By tradition, we will start a month of exclusive content with a brand new gaming video. Above, you can watch the game of Craws Fortress, one of the factional missions of the Crimson Desert where you can help Duke Wells regain his castle from the rebels.
This 11-minute long video shows many of the main features of the crimson desert. Of course, first of all, combat. Start with us For the first time playing Crimson Red on Gamescom in 2024We know that developer Pearl Abyss has been assembling something special in the battle, where you can see the protagonist Kliff leverages various abilities. One of our favorites is the use of spears to prop the strut into the enemy, and the incredibly powerful, magical heavy attack.
However, this demo mission covers more than just combat. You will also see how Kliff uses magic leap, Spider-Man-like swing and his crow wing abilities to explore the environment, which allows him to slide through the sky to a distant target. You will also see him reflecting light with his sword, a skill that highlights points of interest in the world and guides you to explore interesting discoveries. By following the shining lights, Kliff was able to penetrate into Duke’s captured fortress in a more stealthy way…and find some extra loot along the way.
Of course, the Crimson Desert Display wouldn't be complete without the boss's fight, so the video ended with a full violent clash with the cursed Knight Fortain. This bad guy in the devil is wielding a sword with a powerful supernatural ability that you don't want to miss. You can even declare it yourself…
Please remember, this video is only the first time. Throughout the month, IGN First will take you into the world of Crimson Desert. You will see more bosses, regions, combat abilities, and two or three exciting new things you've never guessed will be part of the medieval fantasy game. Still, follow IGN in the next few weeks.
