Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 Director proposes the contest when Ubisoft is bored

Obviously, boredom may be effective. At least it's Clair Obscur: Adventure 33 director Guillaume Broche, who dreams of creating A well-received RPG 2020 at Ubisoft's “Bored” time.

BBC Broche then started looking for “doing something different” while working at a French company known for Assassin’s Creed, Just Dance and Splinter Cell. But he will need help building a game inspired by one of his favorite franchises – the ultimate fantasy.

According to the BBC, Bruge found his writer in an interesting way. Jennifer Svedberg-Yen responded to one of his Reddit posts asking for a voice actor who was initially appointed as the main character. But then she transitioned to Clair Imber's lead writer: Adventure 33. Meanwhile, Broche picked composer Lorien Testard from Bandcamp, though the musicians didn’t have any background working on video games. “I think we have an amazing team of big teenagers, but they've invested a lot of money in the project and the talented people,” Broche said.

Obviously, the rest is history. Clair Subbur: Expedition came out a few weeks ago and sold 1 million copies quickly. have Worrying that forgetting to initiate a surprise remake a few days ago could have a negative impact on RPGbut publishers Kepler Interactive says that's not the case.
