Borderlands 4 Dev Gearbox requires PC gamers to wait 15 minutes for shaders to compile in the background, while reports show that recent updates will cause stuttering

Border 4 Developer Gearbox has asked PC gamers to wait 15 minutes for shaders to compile in the background, while some say this week's update has caused an increase in stuttering.
The update was released on September 25 (View patch notes here), designed to improve the high-profile performance issues of Borderlands 4 on PC, but shortly after its launch, some players complained about stuttering.
The Borderlands 4 is still in a mixed steam evaluation rating, with most negative reviews centering around PC performance. Digital Foundry technician says Preliminary analysis of Boundless 4 on PC Shows obvious stuttering problems and recommends not running the game on its “bad guy” graphics settings.
In response to the stuttering problem reported by PC gamers, Gearbox issued a statement on social media below calling on players to provide robbers with 15 minutes of gameplay to continue compiling shaders in the background, when those stuttering problems should be resolved. If this doesn't work, the gearbox recommends manually clearing the shader cache through the video card manufacturer's approved method. And if all other methods fail, then Gearbox points out its support for the ticketing process.
We have received reports that some players are experiencing a decrease in stability after downloading today’s update.
As the shader continues to compile in the background while playing, the stuttering problem should be resolved over time. If you are still having problems after 15 minutes…

As anyone who has played Borderlands 4 on a PC knows, when you first launch the game, you have to wait for the shader to compile before spawning the virtual world. However, this process does not seem to capture all the shader assembly that may be done during the game, resulting in stuttering. At least that's the running theory.
Gearbox's latest statement responds to previous suggestions it posted on Steam To me, it seems like an effort to prevent players from knee-jerk reactions to the performance of the game immediately after changing settings: “Note that whenever you change any graphics settings, the shader needs to be recompiled. Keep playing for at least 15 minutes to see how your PC's performance changes.” This latest suggestion is the same for me.
Meanwhile, some players recommend going to certain areas of the game to explode to force the shader to compile before continuing the actual work in the game.
To expand this: start and restart and exit the game once. Now, go into an area and go back (the idol or vault will work), this should compile a bunch of shaders and start improving the smoothness.
Shader compilation is rough.
