Battlefield 6 Players haven't decided what their favorite weapon is yet, but they've fallen in love with a new movement technique called Ladder Launch.
To keep you up to speed, Ladder is a gadget that works with the Assault class in Battlefield Studio and EA's latest Battlefield game. It is a traversal tool that can be used to reach high ground, providing opportunities to gain new vantage points or even sneak up on unsuspecting enemies. The problem is, just days after Battlefield 6 launches for PC and consoles, the ladder is being used for much, much more.
If you accidentally pulled out a ladder while playing Battlefield 6 multiplayer, you may have noticed that actually installing it can be a hassle. If placed at an angle, the gadget's base can bump into the player, triggering moments of balancing frustration and slapstick humor.
Although some assault troops in “Battlefield 6” found What this tool actually doesthe others are Can't use it at all. However, it's a community-secret third installment that takes things even further by using those wonky physics to catapult yourself around the map.

X/Twitter user @mokeysniper released a video detailing exactly how the ladder launch works, acknowledging that while the move is far from a game-breaking exploit, it was a lot of fun to pull off. All that's required is maneuvering around the gadget at the right angle and speed, causing a chain reaction that sends players careening through the air.
Unfortunately, ladder launches are almost useless in Battlefield 6. Still, some players are still looking for ways to make entire montages centered around ladder launches.

However, as David Sirland, chief producer of Battlefield studio DICE, confirmed, players have become too accustomed to the ladder startup method in Battlefield 6. Patches are planned for the future. Considering the average player will find its bumpy edges more annoying than useful, patching might be a good option.
We can probably expect more ladder-launching clips to surface online as the team fixes the Assault Ladder. In the meantime, you can see below how other players are at least trying to use the ladder. You can also read our Battlefield 6 multiplayer review.
