Amazon's 30% off the new 4K Steelbook version of “Late Night with the Devil”

The recently released “Late Night with the Devil” Limited edition Steelbook on sale for only $27.49 Available on Amazon for a limited time only. The new 4K Blu-ray version launched in August for $40 and sold out quickly, but it's now back in stock at a great price. Amazon's listing for the 2025 edition doesn't include images of the collectibles bundled with the original edition, but they are still mentioned in the description. Additional goodies include an autographed photo of protagonist Jack Delorey, an exclusive bookmark and a Night Owl logo air freshener.

Special coverage includes an audio commentary with star David Dastmalchian, a Q&A with directors Colin and Cameron Cairns, and various behind-the-scenes footage.

Late night with the devil can also be found in Standard Blu-ray Disc costs $13.19. There are actually two Blu-ray versions listed on Amazon. One released in May for $15.39, and then there’s another Blu-ray $30 It debuted last October. These versions look identical, so there doesn't seem to be any reason to spend more on the original Blu-ray version.

“Late Night with the Devil” tells the story of “Night Owl,” a late-night talk show whose ratings plummet after the death of the host's wife. Host Jack Delroy (David Dastmalzian) attempts to boost ratings by hosting a Halloween special featuring a 13-year-old girl who is allegedly possessed by a demon. Things don't quite go as planned, and the night's plot soon spirals out of Jack's control.

It's a disturbing and well-written film, starring great performances from Dastmalzian, Laura Gordon (June), and Ingrid Torelli (Lily). It grossed $2.8 million at the box office in its first few days, becoming Best opening weekend ever IFC Film Distribution. It's worth noting that this number includes Sunday's $666,666, which is thematically appropriate but a little disturbing.

Late Night with the Devil is one of 10 movies Shudder 10th Anniversary Collector's Edition coming soonwhich can be used for Pre-order for just $62.38 (originally $120) on Amazon. That's a pretty ridiculous discount, but keep in mind that Late Night with the Devil and the other nine movies listed below are available on standard 1080p Blu-rays, not 4K. Shudder's 10th anniversary edition will launch on November 11th.
