There is no list of the best 20th century movies without a Cuckoo's nest flying over one. To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the film, a cuckoo's nest flew over 4k Blu-ray and was released using a collection of steel book cases. Planned to be released on November 11 A limited edition steel book that flies over the cuckoo's nest Only book on Amazon for $30 ($35). The case of this steel case is Jack Nicholson's character, thinking about his mind and the escape of the psychiatric hospital, represented by the huge bird cage. The pastel palette is similar to the original poster the film used to facilitate the release of the drama.
The release is presented in local 4K resolution (2160p) in HDR10 and DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1, and this version fly over the Cuckoo's Nest should be the best way to watch this historic classic in 2025. This version does not come with a standard 1080p Blu-ray disc. One reason may be that the Blu-ray version has been out of print for some time.
There aren't many additional features included here, but you can expand your viewing with the features of the cuckoo and total cuckoo and about 20 minutes of deletion scenes.

A nest that flies over the cuckoo is based on Ken Kesey's 1962 novel of the same name. Kesey's novels are often included in the list of the best novels in the 20th century, so the adaptation is quite outstanding and becomes one of the best films of its era. One person flew over the Cuckoo's nest and was nominated for nine and won five Academy Awards, including Nicholson and Best Actor in Best Picture.
Nicholson's portrayal of Randle McMurphy remains one of his most memorable characters. McMurphy is a professional criminal who avoids being taken to a labor farm and is imprisoned in a psychiatric hospital. He soon finds himself in conflict with nurse Ratched (Louise Fletcher), a manipulative healthcare worker who controls patients with fear, abuse and intimidation. Nicholson's role is cold and clinically fast foil, and his rebelliousness gradually positively influenced his fellow prisoners. In addition to Nicholson and Fletcher, the film also includes ensembles by actors like Danny Devito, Christopher Lloyd, Will Sampson and Sydney Lassick and William Redfield.
Ken Kesey Flying Over Cuckoo's Nest
As mentioned above, the nest of the Cuckoo is adapted from the book of the same name. Kesey's novels are mainly adapted to the big screen. One of the main differences here, though, is that the story is told from the perspective of Chief Bromden, which gives readers a greater understanding of his life and makes him a major character.
Meanwhile, he witnessed the battle of the wills between McMurphy and Ratched. The film also makes several other changes to the original material, such as having a completely different ending – but it does keep the novel points intact.
