More than three years since its initial release on the Nintendo Switch, The Trilogy – the final version has been re-released. It is worth noting that the new physical version retails for $30, which is half the price of the original version, while the digital version is the digital version on ESHOP. Rockstar's decision to put all three games on the Switch game card this time will be even more satisfying. You can buy GTA: New Switch Physics Edition of Amazon's Trilogy.

Amazon is the only major U.S. retailer with a new version of the store page, but we hope there are more stores listed soon. Currently, Amazon's delivery is estimated to be one to two months, but that may change. Amazon is generally conservative about these estimates, and the current window may be derived from the fact that there are no units available yet.
Retailers including Amazon still have older versions on their storefronts, so make sure you buy the right version. The old version had a text box next to the ESRB rating that read “Download is necessary. The new version dropped that disclaimer because it no longer required additional downloads from ESHOP.
The original version includes only two games on the game card, forcing players to download Vice City from Eshop. For each game's secondary city and update, switching players usually need to download close to 10GB of data from ESHOP.
We can't think of another situation with the release of the Nintendo Switch, especially when you think about a new, better physical version, which also happens to be half the older ones.
GTA: Trilogy – The final version includes three classic Grand Theft Auto games from the PlayStation 2 era: GTA III, Vice City and San Andreas. The series has some significant performance and visual issues at launch, many of which remain the same until Rockstar overhaulsed the game console experience Last fall. It never fits in any console, but it is in much better condition than it was when it was released.
It is unclear whether the price of the digital version will permanently drop to $30 on the Nintendo Switch. Currently, this is one of the rare switch games on ESHOP that retails above the physical version.
