Doomsday Limited Edition Xbox Controller Gets a Big Discount

Microsoft's Doom Theme Xbox Wireless Controller is one of the most eye-catching and novel designs of any limited edition Xbox controller released to date.

The matte green and silver color scheme is modeled according to the iconic armor of Doomsday Killer. It has rubber jigs with leather texture, which makes the controller feel slightly different from other Xbox wireless controllers with textured grips. On each side of the Xbox Guide button, you will find two 3D “spikes” to mimic Doomguy's helmet. Since Doomguy always kills the demons, the controller has blood and “fries” in the paint.

The Doom Slayer armor theme is also extended to controls. The left stick is gray and the right stick is red to keep pace with Doomguy's chest. Each face button is marked by letters of the sentinel letters, not the Abxy tag. The trigger and bumper are green on the left and silver on the right.

In the box, you will find a voucher to redeem the Dark Age Doom Killer execution sub-skin. When you get the controller, remove the battery cover for a neat Easter egg.
