Gamesir G8 Plus galileo Bluetooth controller is used for handheld games on iOS, Android and Nintendo Switch Consoles, during which time it is sold at a discounted price Walmart deal and Amazon Gold Day. Normally $80, G8 Plus is just Walmart $50 and $64 for Amazon. What's particularly noteworthy about the G8 Plus is that it's compatible with the Nintendo Switch 2, so you can use it as an alternative to the Joy-Con 2 in handheld mode.
The G8 Plus works well on the Switch 2 and has multiple features that make it a compelling option for Switch 2 users: improved ergonomics, rear buttons, Hall effect bars, swapable components and a traditional D-Pad. And if you're a Marvel fan, you can use the Switch 2, which is themed with an officially licensed controller Hulk or thanos.
like Backbone Pro,,,,, Razer Kishi V3 Proand many other mobile controllers, the G8 Plus offers a scalable cradle for your phone, tablet or Nintendo console. To support devices of 8.5 inches or smaller, the G8 Plus is very versatile. Along with Switch 2, the controller works well on the switch OLED and the original switch. In addition to iPhone or Android phones, you can also connect to iPad Mini and various small Android tablets.

The standard black version of the G8 Plus uses a black shadow similar to the Switch 2 console. The $50 deal is sold by the manufacturer and Walmart vessels. If Walmart sells out, Amazon has the $64 G8 Plus. In June, the controller's MSRP climbed from $80 to $100 on Gamesir's website, but now the original $80 price is back.
You can view this pair of models with Marvel themes below and read more about the core features of the controller.
$70 ($100)
At Walmart, the incredible Hulk version, officially licensed, is discounted at $70 ($100). The controller is sold by boats from Gamesir and Walmart.
The Hulk version uses vibrant green and adds it with a few pieces of purple artwork. This is softer than many theme controllers, as the artwork is designed to blend with the basic colors.
All five sticks and D-pads match the dark green on the back of the controller. Facial buttons are purple (a and b) and green (x and y). The Hulk's name is outlined in purple at the back and is interrupted with a fist.
$80 (is $100)
If you want to have a theme controller around Mad Titan, Thanos Edition will be officially licensed by Marvel and will cost $80 ($100) at Walmart. Like the Hulk's model, it ships from Walmart and is sold by Gamesir.
Thanos Edition comes in a gold and purple color scheme. There is a smooth gold artwork on the front and a purple back, with the “thanos” written in large chunks of letters on the center.
The face buttons are purple and gold (two each), while the D-Pad and Triggers fit into a glossy gold accent. It comes with a purple stick and four golden sticks.

The G8 Plus comes with a Hall effect bar that feels smooth and precise. Hall effect sensors are considered “proof ships” so they should remain in good condition over time. The Joy-Con 2 controller has Alpine sticks and some users have started to experience drift problems.
As mentioned, there are several other features that make it a compelling option for the Switch 2. It has a pair of repeatable rear buttons, one on each side and a traditional D-Pad. The rear button can be relisted in the controller itself or in the Gamesir mobile application.
It also has a 6-axis gyroscope for motion control and a rumble motor on each side. The G8 Plus has a more traditional controller form with better ergonomics than the Joy-Con 2.
The face buttons have an Xbox controller layout, so A/B and X/Y are flipped. By default, Nintendo consoles will register button When they are markedwhich may confuse some players. But there are two solutions that solve this problem. The G8 Plus has popular face buttons and sticks that allow users to remove the panel, pop up the button cover, and then switch its position. If you don't want to do this every time you switch between mobile and play on switch 2, you can enable “Switch Mode” by pressing and holding the Program Button (M) and A.

Inside the box, you will find three extra hats that can replace pre-installed traditional sticks. The alternative trio includes a dome model, a tall stick for FPS games and a short stick with a smaller hat. Speaking of FPS games, you can enable hair trigger mode, which manipulates left and right triggers with a short pull.
There are several potential drawbacks when using the G8 Plus with the Switch 2. Although the Grip securely holds the switch 2 in place and has a rubber bridge and mat on each side to prevent scratches, it won't connect to the console like a Joy-Con controller does. When carrying the console with you, you may want to make sure to hold the switch 2 itself, not just the grip. Due to the size of the switch 2, the edge extends to the top and bottom of the grip, exposing it. You might want Add protective case in switch 2 When using the controller. Also, remember that you need to remove Switch 2 from the cradle to dock.
I often use the G8 Plus when gaming on iPhone. Platform versatility is the main benefit here. Manufacturers inevitably release Handheld Switch 2 controllers, but many of them are unlikely to work with other devices. So even if you end up buying another controller or Add ergonomic grip on consoleG8 Plus does not need to collect dust. You can even use it as a wireless controller on switch 2 (or switch) when playing on TV.
