The Elder Scrolls: The Betrayal of the Second Era brings together elements of board games and desktop RPGs to provide an open and highly replayable instructional experience without the need for a master of the game or a large number of rulebooks. As the name suggests, the game was set in the second era of Tamrier World, which happens to be the same time range as the online reel. The main storyline sees 1-4 players’ mission to prevent the Black Worm’s Demon Order from stealing the King’s Amulet and unleashing a multidimensional disaster called “Planemeld.”
