The publisher behind the goat simulator Valheim Coffee Stains has announced a new Roguelike, known as discomfort. She is a good horse in the development of the Swedish studio, and the design of the game looks like an early 20th century cartoon.
Built around cooperative attack mechanics in discomfort, with the focus on chaotic gameplay and top enemies and environments. Its most striking feature is its art style, which specifically pulls the “rubber hose” animations related to comics like Mickey Mouse, Tom and Jerry, as well as early Rooney's music. Its aesthetics also seem to be evocative, such as images from animated films such as Alice in Wonderland.
Although inspiration and Cup headin discomfort, it has the difference between 3D combat and platform. Announced trailer shows some of the environmental challenges players can expect from the game and boss battles, which seems to be from this brief glimpse where they may be punished.
The gameplay will also include an aesthetically quirky and psychedelic atmosphere, according to the press release. “Players will find themselves a cartoon-crazy dream, they will encounter weird anthropomorphic enemies and try to be as weird as a warlike boss,” Coffee Stain wrote.
The person who enters the discomfort is played alone, or can play up to four players in the co-op and launches on Steam visits in the near future. This is Studio's debut game, and she's a good horse, which is made up of a handful of senior developers from the gaming industry. Details on whether it is using a platform other than PC have not been shared yet.
