This surge in Negative Frontier 2 Review is not from gameplay updates or troubled servers, but a key change in the gearbox parent company adopts two interactive Its terms of service February this year. Players are using comments to point out some topics, including the End User License Agreement (EULA) condemning the use of Mod, Cheats and VPNs. But the main concern of responding between social media channels is related to fear, two games and gearboxes, which is the collection of data and private information.
“One of the best games ever. Since publishers add spyware to the updated EULA, I can't recommend it to anyone right now, you have to accept it to start it.” Popular reviews by Steam user Ryethetactician explain. “This is called mandatory arbitration, and it's one of the stupidest things that dark people want to normalize. Until fixed, I won't change it to positive comments, it's too bad I'll play all the border games in multiple devices, but probably won't play this for a long time or (Borderlands 4).
Another complaint Arriving at the dialogue involves a broader idea of publishers changing the terms of the game launched nearly 13 years ago. If some wish to reject the conditions for updated files, some even ask for a refund option. Others also highlighted the status of No Congress 2 as a relatively casual video game, focusing on single-player and cooperative experience. The idea is that without a substantial, competitive multiplayer component, there is no reason for the two to worry about how cheaters can affect the experience of the average border participant.

Take-Two's service update terms can be found when launching other 2K titles, including the original title border and Border 3currently on Steam for $9.89 and $3.99 respectively. Each title received a different level of review bombardment, and almost all users viewed EULA as the reason behind its newly added thumb rating. There are even A list of specific complaints copied In the Steam Comments section of each game, there are concerns about Take-Two using sensitive information, such as names, email addresses, IP addresses, billing details, phone numbers, and more.
“Change TOS and turn the game into spyware and then provide the game for free so that it's very bold to steal data from unknowingly” Steam User=SilvioHammer= allegations.
Many used their comments to specifically call out transmission owner Randy Pitchford, who tried to address privacy fears with a post on X/Twitter last week. when A fan said EULA update “essentially turning every border game into spyware that can access all our information”, Pitchford ensure PC fans believe that ubiquitous games have no software-level changes, and these games should make players worry about spyware.
“The software didn't or wouldn't change the software,” Pitchford said at the time. “I think the publisher's legal team is covering their base, but that's not about what we're doing. I can't change EULA – it's decided at the publisher level. But I can guarantee there is no spyware in the software.”
Yes – humans are involved. It's hard to be matched when we make great games here. However, everyone should make their own decisions, so if protests are made due to lawyers who are worried about some lawyers covering up their butts, I think that is the world we have to live in.

Pitchford's comments have been supported by other players who think the reaction to Take-Two's changes is a bit exaggerated. This includes clarification from some people who say EULA has remained the same for years, and even says that previous versions of the file already include several conditions that players are now concerned about. It is unclear how significant changes to the terms of service changed in February, but whether it was overreacted, it is clear that the voices of communities in border areas are no longer satisfied with the meaning of the agreement.
“People will definitely overreact,” a Reddit comments. “Eula is hardly different from Eula before 2018. People are just freaking out now because some clickbait content creators tell them.”
It is unclear whether Take-Two will update its Terms of Service in any way that may mitigate privacy concerns or criticism related to Mod support.
