- Legendary fist
- Tai Chi people master it
- Fangsai Yuk also known as legend
- Fang Xi Yuk 2 also known as Legend 2
- Bodyguards in Beijing
Each movie is a new 4K recovery from the original movie negatives, and they all come with brand new extras. Not every movie offers a lot of reward material, but there is still a lot to step in overall. You can view all the special features at the end of this story.
These films are essentially the highlights of Lee's career in the 1990s, three of which were filmed only in 1993. Earlier movies, like in China and Swordsman 2, are showing off his graceful abilities of more elegant faces due to his talent and carefully choreographed battle scenes, and Fong Sai Yuk's film (called Legend and Legend 2) in the United States. Fast forward to 1994, Li Cong Beijing and Legendary Fist's bodyguard work are two more instant classics that have won international praise.
Arguably, “The Legend of Fist” is one of his most influential films, as it is a remake of “The Great Feast of Angry” in 1972. Li has some big shoes to fill since Fury starred in Bruce Lee's fist, but the legendary fist goes far beyond the fist thanks to the iconic battle sequence carefully choreographed by Yuen Woo-Ping.
It is worth noting that if you are a fan of Hong Kong Cinemas, there are many things to look forward to. Shout Factory recently announced that it has gained global rights to the Golden Princess Film Library, a 156-movie that is largely not available in the 4K Blu-ray market. This means you can expect dozens of hard action movies to get new 4K releases soon, including iconic movies like Hard Boiled, The Killer, Better The Better The Worth Trilogy, among many others.
