Vagabond has been stagnant for ten years. Inoue put the project on hold, focusing on his health and working on other projects. Inoue has continued basketball-themed series since then Realan inspiring comic centered around wheelchair basketball, originally debuted in 1999. There is no indication that Inoue will return to Vagabond in the future, but it is worth a volume for now because of their intricate drawings and fascinating visuals worth reading.
