Three ECCOs announce Dolphin Games, the original development team at the helm

Ecco The Dolphin has been hibernating for 25 years, with the most recent title being the Future Defender of June 2000. Now, not only does Ecco take control of the original development team at the helm with the original development team, but there are three new projects in the engineering – two remakes and a brand new adventure.

During the interview Xbox cableEd Annunziata, the creator of Ecco, announced the trend of the original Ecco The Dolphin and the time, which was launched in 1992 and 1994 respectively at Sega Genesis. He then went on to confirm “a new third game with modern gaming and GPU sensitivity” but no other details were shared.
