This Commander deck is on sale for under $45 on Black Friday

There are five Dragons of Tarkir Storm Commander decks, each representing a three-color combination from Magic's color school.

Sultai is black, green, and blue, which means you'll get some graveyard recursion, some large creatures, and flexible control opportunities.

Its two commander options are Teval, a balanced scale, a 4/4 with flying ability that can help you build your land from the graveyard and create zombie druids, and Kotis, Sibsig Champion, which can also bring cards from the graveyard to enhance its own power.

Teval itself is worth about $12, while other valuable cards include Dauthi Voidwalker for $7 and Giant Graverobber for $6. Add in Life from the Loam ($6) and The Trial of Tvar ($10), and this is a solid package both in terms of value and gameplay.
